Terms of Sale and License
Last updated: October 27, 2026
These terms apply when you buy and use Walkie. They are written to be read. If something is unclear, write to hello@walkiecode.com.
1. Who sells Walkie
Walkie is made and sold by Andrey Bayandin, an individual based in Serbia (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@walkiecode.com.
2. What you get
- A personal license to use Walkie version 1 on up to 2 Macs at the same time.
- All updates within version 1 at no extra cost.
- A license key and a download link, sent by email.
To move Walkie to another Mac, choose Uninstall Walkie… in the menu bar on the old one. This frees its place. If the old Mac is gone, write to us and we’ll free the place for you.
3. What you need
A Mac with Apple Silicon running macOS 14 Sonoma or later, and Claude Code (the Claude desktop app or the Claude Code CLI). Claude Code and a Claude subscription come from Anthropic and are not part of your purchase.
4. Price and payment
- The price is charged in USDT: $29 means 29 USDT.
- You pay in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20), straight to our wallet. The order page shows the exact amount to send. It can be a few cents above the price, so that we can tell your payment apart from others sent at the same time.
- Network fees for sending the payment are paid by you. If your exchange takes its withdrawal fee from the amount, add the fee on top.
- USDT sent on another network, or another token, can’t be credited automatically and may be lost. Write to us and we’ll do what we can.
- If less than the full amount arrives, the license is issued once the rest is paid, or we refund what arrived. Just write to us.
5. Delivery
Walkie is delivered digitally. Once the network confirms your payment, the license key and the download link appear on the order page and are sent to the email you entered. This usually takes a few minutes. If nothing arrives within an hour, check your spam folder, then write to us.
When you pay, you ask us to deliver the license right away. Your refund rights are described in the Refund policy.
6. Refunds
See the Refund policy. In short: if Walkie doesn’t work on your Mac and we can’t fix it, write to us within 14 days and we’ll send the money back.
7. License terms
You may install and use Walkie on your own Macs within the limit above. You may not:
- share, publish or sell your license key;
- redistribute, rent or resell Walkie;
- bypass or disable the license check;
- reverse engineer Walkie, except where the law allows it.
If a key is shared publicly or used against these terms, we may revoke it. A refunded license is revoked as well.
8. Using Walkie with the lid closed
While Claude Code is working, Walkie tells macOS not to sleep, also with the lid closed. It lets the Mac sleep again when the work ends, when a session has been quiet for 30 minutes, and whenever the battery drops below 10%. Please use this sensibly: don’t leave a working Mac in a closed bag or near heat for long periods. You are responsible for how and where you use your Mac.
9. Voice and Claude Code
Walkie turns your speech into text on your Mac and sends that text to Claude Code as your message, the same way typing would. What Claude Code then does is your instruction, and Anthropic’s terms for Claude Code apply to it. Speech recognition can make mistakes, so keep an eye on what is sent, especially before Claude takes actions with real effects.
10. No affiliation
Walkie is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Anthropic or Apple. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. Mac, macOS and AirPods are trademarks of Apple Inc.
11. Warranty and liability
We work hard to make Walkie reliable, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to Walkie is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applied when you bought Walkie continues to apply to that purchase, unless a change is in your favour.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
